HPCL BIOFUELS desired 6mw,11kv power on 24/7 hrs basis without even an interuption for regular maintenance or breakdown
The project required to be completed within a 35 days from the date of order.
Transportation was chellange as sagauli is remote & distant corner of india towards nepal border so not easy excess to major cities.
Syncronizing panel to be provided to syncronize 6no.s dg sets.
statutory approval also required to be taken in the respective authorities like central electrical authority & central explosive department etc. in the 35 days period
no hook up to bseb(bihar state elecricity board) or any other grid for testing,commissioning and running of plant for the sugarcan crop season.
6mw ,11kv,3phase ,50hz continous reliable power requirement during the above mentioned period for 3500 tcpd sugarcane unit..
The continuos availability of power is assured by proding 3x1500KVA & 3x1250KVA auto synchronized sets,one set has provided as a standby for regular maintaince or breakdown stoppage.The HT power is taken care by the help of stepup transformer.
The project was completed within a 35 days deadline including the mobilization of whole system from pune.
The system has been tested successfully to run continousaly for 24/7 hrs.basis
