Key Focus:
The primary focus of this role is to generate new, Close new orders business & manage existing key account of the given territory aligned to the zonal target.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, implement and manage the Monthly activities.
- Create, develop and implement the sales plan aligned to group strategies and Perennial goals.
- Achieve Perennial top line targets through driving sales both in quantity, revenue and product mix, geographical mix as per the sales operating plan.
- Collect market intelligence.
- Develop marketing communication strategies through various tools like catalogues, campaigns, exhibitions, online website, social media, etc.
- Be a strong business partner for other business leaders and help achieve the group’s growth and profitability targets.
- Work closely with the marketing function to create brand equity for Perennial.
- Generate accurate business forecast through market intelligence reports.
- Achieve business targets, increase market share and maximize gross margins.
- Monitor and review customer experience through stringent customer SLA norms.
- Recommend organizational sales strategies through correct and relevant market and business intelligence.
- Help and guide regional heads to achieve regional business targets
- Evaluation of business potential & retaining and finding new scope of work with existing client.
- Ensure quick ramp up plan to service emergent requirement
- Work closely with the CSO and other department heads on achieving strategic business goals

Requirements:-
– Male candidates shall be preferred.
– Shall be fluent in English & Hindi communication.
– Experience Required- 0 To 1.5 Yrs
– CTC will be 2.4 to 3.6 L per Anum.
– Shall be active, enthusiastic & socially extrovert personality.
