Key Focus:

The primary focus of this role is to Co-Ordinate between customer, vendors & Company.

Roles and Responsibilities :
  1. Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
  2. Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  3. Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks.
  4. Foster cross-team collaboration.
  5. Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and
    stakeholders.
  6. Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete
    their tasks.
  7. Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
  8. Call processing
  9. Verifying customer entitlements
  10. Maintaining relationship with customer via constant updates and reports
  11. Improve the efficiency of the operation
  12. Improve control of service levels and quality
  13. Set service level agreements for end-user applications and for services provided
  14. Develop manpower potential.
  15. To comply with order process guidelines in line with order completion
  16. to identify requirements and needed information based on the product/service supported
  17. Support in billing activities
  18. Develop local stakeholders
  19. Planning & co-ordination in PM activities
  20. Equipment & Manpower management.
  21. Co-ordinate with logistics services for machine mobility.
  22. Provide data inputs to the concerned as and when required.
  23. Co-ordination in Branding & promotion activities.

Qualifications; Role Specific Knowledge and Experience:-
  • MBA-Operations
  • Relevant work experience of 0-1 years
  • Excellent computer skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly
    changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, high demand, and deadline driven
    environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Salary Range- 2.4 to 3.0 L (depends upon interview)
