Key Focus:
The primary focus of this role is to Co-Ordinate between customer, vendors & Company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Support project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks.
- Foster cross-team collaboration.
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and
stakeholders. - Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete
their tasks. - Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Call processing
- Verifying customer entitlements
- Maintaining relationship with customer via constant updates and reports
- Improve the efficiency of the operation
- Improve control of service levels and quality
- Set service level agreements for end-user applications and for services provided
- Develop manpower potential.
- To comply with order process guidelines in line with order completion
- to identify requirements and needed information based on the product/service supported
- Support in billing activities
- Develop local stakeholders
- Planning & co-ordination in PM activities
- Equipment & Manpower management.
- Co-ordinate with logistics services for machine mobility.
- Provide data inputs to the concerned as and when required.
- Co-ordination in Branding & promotion activities.

Qualifications; Role Specific Knowledge and Experience:-
- MBA-Operations
- Relevant work experience of 0-1 years
- Excellent computer skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly
changing priorities. - Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, high demand, and deadline driven
environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Salary Range- 2.4 to 3.0 L (depends upon interview)
